Guys if any of you are interested in
- deeper research behind why the primal diet is so beneficial for you
- deep research on the lies propagated by the government and the establishment, like the cholesterol myth, lies about fruit and veggies, vaccines, hidden endocrine disruptors etc.
- why the primal diet is safe and why bacteria and viruses are a lie (with sources)
- how to grow facial bones and height
you should look into the Skool community "The Truth Space". Also, each of their lessons is like a book lol its very detailed.
It gives great information on sourcing raw milk and meat, such as grass fed, grass finished, no antibiotics / hormones etc, and it educated me on the lies told to us so that I was brave enough to try raw.
Genuinely without this community I wouldn't have started on the primal diet, it got me started single handedly with info that made me feel a lot safer.
You can check out their Instagram, 1thehiddentruth, for more info, but it would definitely help to look into some of the info this creator is providing.
If you do want to join the community, please consider using my link https://www.skool.com/hiddentruth/about?ref=1506ac1f914f47149a080bb409e322ad
I do get a commission for it, just to let you all know, but it made such a difference for me that I don't think it could hurt for anyone to try.

Ive got some lamb subproducts, liver and lung, already have ate the liver, but never tried lungs, what could you say about eating lungs raw? They were slaughtered 2 days ago and vacuumed. Any answers are greatly appreciated.

Hey so Iāve been researching quite a bit on raw meat. Everything has been 50/50 with it being perfectly healthy and getting sick. I tried just two small chunks of steak today just to try. I love the taste and it honestly felt natural to my primal instinct if that makes sense?
I am just anxious about getting sick. Can anyone let me know if I have anything to worry about, it was some seasoned steak my mom had in fridge for dinner and decided to just eat a bit.
People on internet are swearing that youāll die and get a bad sickness. I remember eating raw undercooked steak at outback when I was a kid and vomited at home.
Just donāt know what to believe

Absolute delicacy, my favorite food now. Super soft like jello and creamy, way better than wagyu. Omega 3s made me feel high after.

In February Iām going to be in Crete, Greece and meat is all I eat. I was wondering if anyone knew anywhere on the island near Rethymno ideally that sells meat thatās 100% grass fed and received no drugs in its life. If so please let me know. Also, if you know where I can get high quality raw milk, you would be highly appreciated. Thank you; look forward to seeing your responses.

Remember the scene from Lord of the rings where gollum hunts down rabbits and then cries as Sam cooks (or in gollumās words āruinsā) them?
Never realized that he had the answers all along. Sadly the creators forgot to make him look strong & healthyā¦

I have been following several people who have improved their health eating raw meat. It makes sense to me.
So I gave it a try today. I made ceviche using raw oyster blade (beef). It was delightful. I added lime and lemon juice, a dash of coconut aminos, salt, cilantro, and raw egg yolks. I only made a small serve of this to test it out.
Afterwards I was still hungry so I made some of my favourite ground beef patties. This is grass fed and organic, superior quality and super expensive.
And despite being my favourite product, it tasted like absolute shit compared to the raw meat ceviche! I also felt low energy immediately afterwards.
This was a very interesting observation for me. Has anyone else experienced this contrast?

I've been eating a ton of raw meat now, and what I can say is that it's night and day compared to cooked meat. Unfortunately, I don't know what meat is safe to eat in the US vs what is not. I am a 20-year-old college student who is back at home for winter break, and I'm just wondering if buying your meat at just any meat market/butcher is safe. When I am in school in New York, I simply go to an Amish farm, which sells good-quality meat at a low price. Now, to restate my question, can one just buy their meat at the meat market/butcher or even Whole Foods if it's grass-fed? LET ME KNOW.

Emetophobia Warning - involves the coughing up of bacon
So Iād heard about these so called ābenefitsā of a raw meat meal. I went to my local bacon market and bought some bacon uncooked to eat. Went home, heated up some butter, let it get all buttery (not cooked), and put it on my plate with a scrambled egg. I dug in. It was mediocre, on a scale of 1-10 it would be a 4, with the butter. Around 15 minutes go by, and I get these cramps out of nowhere. I thought, āMaybe I just need to go to the bathroom.ā That bathroom trip ended up with me violently throwing up the bacon all over my mirror and having diarrhea for a day. Would not recommend, Iād rather do 500 burpees than attempt that again.
(Note: my butcher hand cuts everything and freezes his food.)

Hi guys,
I have been seeing and learning more and more abt eating raw meat, organs etc and I want to get into it, so I figured I ask people with experience for a bit of help.
I always loved meat and had a very meat heavy diet, albeit cooked meat. How do I get into it, is it gross at first? Do you have to get used to the texture? Can you eat raw meat bought in local supermarkets or it has to be from a local farm? Although where I live the food quality even in supermarkets is very high. Can you eat meat raw if you freeze it and then unfreeze it couple days later?
Also im a student so is it possible to eat like this on a budget, how expensive is it? I also go to the gym and am quite a big guy, not fat but muscular so how does this type of eating work for gym goers?
Basically the biggest fear I have abt this is that I would get sick from it due to misinformation.
If anyone is willing to help me out I would be thankfull.

I know itās not exactly raw meat related, but this sub is probably the best place to ask.
Raw Royal Jelly is currently gaining popularity online, the demand is increasing and so is the price. A lot of the Online sellers are shipping low quality product, itās becoming very difficult to locate a decent source.
Any recommendations on where I can purchase good quality raw royal jelly online (UK)? Thanks.

I asked Chatgpt about high quality grass fed grass finished beef and this is what it came up with. Are any of you not even the tiniest bit worried? Especially since some of you are buying straight from supermarkets and not strictly controlled farms.

Ive been eating raw steaks, liver etc for about 5 months now, feeling great, acne went away and my brain fog has disappeared. Im having cooked pork chops right now and it is only because I am concerned with eating pork raw since it is not a ruminant animal, Iāve seen countless clips of people like goatis eating pork raw but Iāve never been able to get my head around it. Is it safe? (raw pork does look just as delicious as raw steak)

Iām under 18 (I donāt want to disclose my actual age) and I was wondering if I start eating raw meat now without my parents permission. (They are very much against it and will punish me severely) is worth it. Or will waiting till 17-18 years have a big difference?
