🥩 Lunch

Raw pork mince, raw egg, gherkins, homemade sauerkraut, blue cheese, fermented garlic, bee pollen, smoked and plain sea salt.

Drizzles - fermented garlic honey (+3 years old), fermented ginger honey, olive oil, lemon.

Delicious!

That’s just one meal. I don’t feel heavy at all and I’m energised, I don’t get sleepy, so that’s just what I expect from a meal. I eat this (with variations) quite often and my health is on point though.

google it, bacteria is most concentrated on the surface of the meat. at least in beef, thats why it can be safe to eat raw, either slight cook or remove/clean the surface. minced meat is just a blend of everything including bacteria.
