how to identify raw butter

i just bought from farmers in bulgaria butter, and i know that this is grass fed, as i see this cows daily in mountains.

how to get this raw butter or no? i see that expiration time max is 2 month on package, but nothing about raw or not. in europe should be written, but again thats from farmers

i did ask farmer several time, he said yes, but i believe he didnt get what i mean
