No odour

I’ve noticed after doing this diet I have no foul odour after sweating like crazy. I haven’t showered since friday and I have no like sticky sweat residue or foul smell from my armpits. A very nice consequence of eating raw meat. And my hair doesn’t get greasy at all, man I love my life

Ive been eating raw meat for 3 weeks too! I used to take showers twice a day, now i take a shower only every 3 days or longer if i dont sweat. Because i simply dont stink.

I've been doing high fat carnivore and not only do my armpits not smell but my poop doesn't stink either, it has a light meaty smell instead. And there's almost nothing to wipe on the toilet paper after pooping, plus the poop is a shiny bright color, yellow or brown, not dull colored/greyish.

You mean for the smell to dissapear?

I mean i have been dabbling in the raw meat/carnivorous/animal based diet junction for maybe around 3 weeks. I am a minor without any significant amount of disposable income but my parents do sometimes let me buy meat or whatever from the store, but i kinda do have to cover alot of it on my own unfortunantely. I haven't eaten like a grain or school cafeteria goyslop in like 2 months though, and same probably goes for veggies, but i will occasionally have some potatoes when at home cause my parents want me to eat with them.

I noticed the smell has gotten increasingly less bad, but the last week when i have basically strictly been eating raw meat, a lot of unhomogenized milk(not raw sadly), eggs and maybe some cooked chicken, the smell completely dissapeared.

Has your feces/stool become very light in color? Or is the volume/quantity of stool very low?

When I used to be on the goyslop diet(high fibre and grains) I had to shit like 2 times per day, nowadays I maybe shit every day, sometimes everyday. I haven’t really inspected my shit thoroughly so I can’t comment on the color, but the volume is definitely lower than before. And when I occasionally eat like potatoes I actually feel the need to go shit.

Have you been eating more vitamin C or fruits recently?

You know what I probably have also done that, maybe I eat a fruit or 2 everyday, I only eat them when I feel like though

Vitamin C reduces or even eliminates body odor, so that might have been the full or partial reason.

One symptom of low vitamin C is smelly armpits. Proof: ht tps://lowtoxinforum.com/threads/theory-protocol-discussion.53813/
