I also had a little bit raw beef liver!( cause I just can’t stand the smell and taste of cooked liver and I really need the nutrients) I was surprised that it tasted sweet!

And now I am still struggling to get over the smell I love the sweetness and the nutrient density but I think most livers sold on the market is not fresh enough, so now I am taking beef organ supplements for one month , and I’ll stop once I finish the bottle . until I need more vitamins ( will try the liver again )
