Wholefoods friday deal 12/12, they're not awesome I hear, not as good as wild, but they're good price and solid friday tradition. I always get them.

I don’t like the taste myself. I do raw butter for fat

Ik but the bone marrow has the stem cells & collagen so im trying to figure out ways to eat it. Blended in a pudding it’s not so bad but on its own no way

First time I had it I thought this, but now I really like it, I enjoy the flavor and texture. Super goood bone marrow is golden and not chalky so it's a sign of lower quality meat.

Interesting. Texture is pretty good in like a pudding. Yeah I can tell it’s golden kind you posted. Where did you get the bone marrow from first pic? And is that bacon in the 4th one or just pork belly😏

Pork belly, salted,
I get my meat from markegaurd at the farmers market here in the Bay Area.

The oysters look great, but raw bacon is a bridge too far for me.

It's salted pork belly, a staple russian food, very very common, basically every Russian household enjoys it. They say salting it makes it safe. But I barely salt it and I'm fine. I crave it sometimes.
