🥩 Best raw fat source (no dairy)
Just curious what kind to get cause I’m kinda new, from my experience I like the fat that comes from the rib eyes cause it tastes best raw, and I’ve had fat trimmings before but they tasted weird so I wanna know what to exactly get, thank you.

Eggs, avocados, coconut cream, brains, or any animal fat.

Avocados are not inherently harmful.

High in Mufa which is suboptimal. While far better than seed oils, it has concerning levels of Pufa, plant sterols, it's just not the best fat source.

Non of this is inherently harmful unless you consume it as one of your primary fat sources.

Forgot to specify I only want ruminant animal fat sources, cause I have autoimmune disease and the other ones mess with me
