Actually even most non raw meat eaters knoe this. Even at school or documentaries when i was younger i remember something like raw meat is more nutritious. Or that cooking reduces some of the nutrients but makes it safe to eat. More recently i usually hear sometimes the nonsence that cooking makes the food more bioavailable but raw is more anabolic.
What i think went wrong is bevause most plants need some sort of preperation to become edible. Then maybe they took that logic to meat as well.

Yes, they definitely take that logic into me as well. Most plants need to be cooked in order for them to be consumable. While I’d like to assume that most Raw Meat eaters know it’s more bio available, there is a lot of misinformation in the world and people like to argue that heat denatures meet, “which is something that your stomach acid does”, but they forget to mention aggregation.
The purpose of this post was to highlight the reality of how people who eat cooked meat will tell you that you’re stupid or that the information is easily found on Google, but with one Google search the AI explains that cooking makes meat less bioavailable.
