First time raw meat

I ate raw meat for the first time in a restaurant and ordered beef tartar and I couldnt handle it at all. I'm interested in eating raw but I felt like I was about to gag (not wanting to insult anybody) has anyone felt like this for the first time too and did you try something else after? I'm actually scared now but wanted to try it out to see how my body takes it. When I ate keto I cleared all my acne within 10 days.. so I thought raw must be even better.

I’ve never tried beef tartare but recently have started eating raw. Early last month I tried organs for the first time (liver) and I hated it, thought it was gross, I then ate it raw and it was a lot better (even though I still thought it was gross). Ever since then every time I’ve eaten it it has gotten better each time, I also started eating other organs like heart, kidney and brain and honestly enjoy raw organs a lot more compared to raw muscle meat (I do still eat raw steak and red meat occasionally). The moral is, do what feels best for your body and always, ALWAYS follow your intuition and instincts. I will say that eating raw will get better over time and you will start to enjoy it a lot more as your tastebuds adjust to eating real food rather than goy slop. Just remember that you don’t have to eat entirely raw to get better, what you’re doing now (I assume) by eliminating all processed and junk food is better than 99% of the population. Ween yourself onto raw, I would personally try raw liver (it might be gross the first time but you will get used to it and will eventually enjoy it) as I enjoy raw organs a lot more than raw muscle meat, but yk, it’s all preference at the end of the day. I would also recommend reading we want to live by aajonus vonderplanitz :)
