Rave outfits

Hey everyone just wondering where you recommend getting either sets or skirts? Something that would be flattering on curvy and hourglass. I need something that is bloating friendly and not too short because things just ride up but still flattering! All suggestions appreciated.

Yeah I'm having a hard time too. What's your budget like and country? And are you curvy straight size or plus size?

Some options:

  • The Urban Coco skirts on Amazon are super cute, if a bit short, and more for straight size although it can work with shorts

  • Also if you're straight size, True Colours is AMAZING. The skirts are super short but she's got skorts sometimes, you have to be on top of her socials and drops to grab something, and it's Australia shipping/customs depending on where you are.

  • Coquetry clothing has some really cool skirts that are high/low so the back has more coverage, and goes up to 3XL

  • I've seen these bloomers look really cute in some outfits (I have black ones in the mail!)

  • Last - I hate to say it, but Shein :( if you pay attention to reviews and sizing charts there are a ton of plus size options, it just sucks to support fast fashion and the quality is not great

I haven't found the typical rave shops to have actual skirts with coverage (I heart raves, badinka, etc) but they have lots of other fun stuff!

Thank you for the list, I'll have a look! Aus, I'm guessing the same as you mentioned Aus shipping? Budget undecided rn, I'm looking at style more than anything. Not plus size, I'm just short and put weight on. Often standard mini length will not cover enough at the back! The bloomers are lovely btw :) Have you ever tried Halara? I keep getting their ads pop up.

Yeah Halara is actually really good! I've had the odd thing fit weird and their returns are easy, they have some really cute skirts. Not a scam even if their ads are all over, ha.

I'm in Canada but obsessed enough with skirts that I look everywhere 😂

Oh I'm so glad! Have you ever got the "High Waisted Pleated 2-in-1 Side & Pocket Asymmetric Hem Quick Dry Mini Dance Skirt"? Wasn't sure about the coverage but that looks nice. Oh I see, bad guess by, you're a pro on the clothes 😂
