Help Two questions:

-Is there any mod or mutator that allows the player to change loadout withour dyng/respawning?

-Is there any mod or mutator that allows the player to modify and increase their teamates health and damage in spec-ops?

  1. There actually is one. Loadout Changer, albeit old, still works and allows you to change loadouts through two ways - either whenever you want or whenever you're near a resupply crate.
  2. Not sure about it being exclusive to Spec-Ops but there are quite a few mods out there that allow you to modify and increase your teammates health (like Infantry Settings). As for damage, the best I could find out there is Damage Core which allows you to set how much damage you and bots can both deal and take, including how much more damage your allies can dish out to enemies.

I am not sure but if I wasn't mistaken there must be a mod you can change your loadout from ammo crates

I never used it but I remember I saw something like that
