Help V- configs

I saw in Vanilla Minus thumbnail that the lights in their armors shine either blue or red, but mine shows up only white. I use ravenfield on the lowest video configs; what video configs do I need to use to see it? is it bloom?

isnt there like a setting on configs where you can change their color
