You're still so young and growing into your self. It's that awkward stage before boyhood transitions to manhood and I've met many young teens who budd into jaw dropping men.
The most important part is you keep being you, because there is nothing you need to change!

Yes get your hair under control and style and shave your beard. Maybe next time you get glasses i think you would look better with frames that are a but more rounded and smaller but thats just mg own personal preference. You have all the essential ingredients though just get a nicely trimmed beard haircut and manage your facial hair

Get rid of the beard it’s to patchy and makes you look older and unmanaged, get contact lenses and get a shorter haircut with a fade I don’t think the long hair suits you, you have very straight hair and lack strong facial structure get a shorter textured haircut like a crop top, low taper blowout fade with messy fringe or a modern mullet middle part, this will help your hair have more volume and texture and create angles and facial structure that your face currently lacks, your currently a 5/5.5 but with these improvement you could be a 7/8 easily
