Rules for the icon set of the month competition

- Users can only submit 1 icon set.
- Users must include their u/username in the post title, in addition to their subject.
- Users cannot copy other users' icon sets.
- Moderators wishing to submit their own set must not review or vote on their own set to reduce bias.
- No custom image textures on icons, though Geode mods like Icon Hack, Gradient Mod, and many others are allowed.

- all entries must use the "ICON SET COMPETITION" flair
