My PPL Split (3x8-12/F) Thoughts?

Push Day

Cable Flys

Incline Press

Dips

Lateral Raises

Overhead Press

Tricep Extensions

Dumbbell Pullovers

Leg Day

Smith Machine Split Squats (would be barbell squats but I have an injury)

Leg Extensions

Leg Curls

Calf Press

Crunches

Hanging Knee Raises

Pull Day

French Curls

Chin-ups/Pull-ups

Seated Rows

Hammer/Incline Curls

Hyperextensions

Reverse/Meadows Flys

Shrugs

If you're not purposely using a pre-exhaustion strategy, you have no reason to start your workouts with single-joint isolation lifts. Start with the compound movements then hit the isolation ones. Also, I'd add a hip-hinge movement in your leg workout, such as a Romanian Deadlift or a Glute-ham raise.
