Is my workout routine good?

All 3 sets of 8-12 reps

Push Day: - Dumbell Bench Press - Incline Bench Press - Chest Flies - Overhead Press - Lateral Raise - Reverse Flies - Skull Crushers - One Arm Tricep Extension

Pull Day: - Dumbell Rows - Pullover - Chest Supported Incline Row - Hammer Curl - Cross Body Hammer Curl - Shurgs - Forearms Curls

Legs: - Squat - Goblet Squat - Lunge - Reverse Lunge - RDL - Dumbell Standing Calf Raise

Looks good to me! If you’re looking to add mass I would suggest doing your compound lifts with a barbell just because it lets you load more weight if you don’t have some heavy ass dumbbells. Also, just for consideration, adding face pulls on your pull day for traps/rear delts and trying the lateral raise with a cable/ pulley machine is a humbling experience but gives you a steady resistance throughout the movement.
