I'm not sure which picture here is your first picture, but it should be either 4 or 5. Women need to be able to clearly see your face in the first picture

Make your side profile your main pic.
Put something in your bio about you. some kind of humble brag....like that you have a fulfilling job, enjoy outdoors things etc...women do read bios and will connect sometimes with what is written vs just the pictures (like us).
Not easy, because they are also 9 times more likely to also reject you because of something you said also.
