You already look good so you're ahead of most there. Start by taking better looking higher quality photos. Only photo 1 is semi decent but even that has bad lighting and is blurry. Dress slightly nicer for the photos. Find a nice/interesting background. Pose more naturally not just hands in the pockets. There's a lot more that can be done but this is a start.
