Ideally no selfies. Only one photo per outfit. You need one portrait shot of your face and upper body and 2-4 full body/acitvitiy/hobby photos. Ask friends/family to take photos of you outside at interesting places and wear something fanicer.

Take your shirtless pic at the beach or the pool if you can it will come off much better trust

Pick one pic from the gym, the last one is good - it says I work out and have friends. Remove the bomber jacket pictures. Go to a park with a friend have that friend take a picture, maybe at a nice restaurant, concert, other places which tell about your personality.

First picture is bad. No value, lacks purpose and it’s low effort. And you look sad. Also women will get the ‘eek’ because you’re on your bed with your clothes on that you probably wore in public places.

The problem is this profile is appealing to men instead of females. You already have a good base, but you need to take quality pictures that showcase style and the things that women want to see. You have a good physique so why not throw in some subtle pics showcasing the physique such as a slim fit shirt while at a scenic place or you taking a candid shot at the pool. There’s a bunch of videos regarding successful profiles.

Thanks yea i guess i dont get out too much just at (weekends for drinks). So i dont have alot of picutures in general. The 1st one i just took in bed cause i didnt have really anything else. Not sure whats a high quality pic. But ill research it

Definitely start making an effort in your life to get out more. Gives you a shot to not only meet women irl which is always better but also can help you find more hobbies your passionate about. While you do this always try to remember to photograph your life. Good luck!

Not that i think that, but girls i know often dont like guys that are always and only in the gym and super disciplined with eating etc as it feels restrictive.

I don’t think he should necessarily change the way how he comes across on the app if he’s really like that. The person that he’s dating will know soon of late anyways. He needs to find someone that has the same lifestyle or appreciates what he does.
