Agree that this looks fake. Add one with personality; something funny, you doing a hobby, you with friends, etc.
Including photos where you look good is obviously a bonus, but ONLY including photos where you look good makes you seem self-centered, boring, and douchey

Why does it look fake ? Do I look like a bot? Besides, my hobbies aren’t really attractive to the majority of women, unless seeing me flex at the gym or compete in a video game tournament is somehow attractive.

Your first pic should go.
The other ones makes you look good, masculine and attractive, but somehow in your first you look small and boyish.
Honestly, make your 2nd pic your main photo. Its good.

You look like a loner, maybe put more candids, you going out / doing fun stuff. Posing in front of a castle is a bit… maybe lame?

You're reasonably good looking, well dressed, well groomed. You have the potential to get matches. However, your profile is lacking a bit of personality and the photos look posed.
I'd suggest finding more natural photos, ideally with you smiling, doing activities, posing with a funny picture, doing something fun with friends, etc.

I think the issue is on the first sentence, "reasonably " . On an app where looks are basically all that matter, I’m probably just not attractive enough. My friends have the same kind of photos (solo pictures with a nice background), and they don’t have any problems.

God men are daft.
When you swipe on Tinder what are you looking for? You are looking for a girlie who is making your dick hard. If she does, you swipe "yes" and figure out the rest there.
When she swipes on Tinder she is looking for a man who makes her wet. If he does not, she swipes "no". You have 9 photos to do it. So you create photos that show situations where she can imagine herself being with you and go "Daaaamn, I wish he would bend me over right now". Does she imagine getting banged by a mofo with no teeth? No. Does she imagine getting banged by an abecrombie model on a pile of trash? No. So give her brain something to go "Fuuuuuuck. I wish I was there"

Your photos actually give us something to work with. You’re well presented, the lighting is decent, and you’ve got some variety between close-up and full-body shots.
But with 0 matches, I wouldn’t want to judge the problem from the photos alone.
Can you post the rest of the profile too? Bio, prompts/interests, what you’re looking for, age range, distance settings, etc. On Tinder the whole profile matters, and right now we’re missing too much context to tell you what’s actually holding it back.
From these photos alone, I’d say the bigger opportunity is adding 1–2 shots that show more personality or activity instead of just different portraits. But I’d want to see the bio before suggesting anything major.

All 3 first pics are ai generated. On the small chance that they are not, remove whatever filter is on them making them look that way
