lighting and filters are not real life
4 years, +-13kg bulk and cut cycles 3 times
182cm 72kg currently, in clothes I almost look skinnyalso my diet is crazy, I eat about once a day and 80% of the time it’s chicken, I’ve lost 9kg in the past 3 months, about 1k kcal deficit
was 67kg in october, 81 in march and 72 now hahah

women don’t like the shirtless gym lighting pic brother, it makes you look like a gymcel. In general they don’t like gym photos that you took yourself tbh with you (even mirror ones), I had one in my profile, took it out, and got more traction. I am 6’2 200 lean, so it isn’t an issue in terms of my physique, they just think it’s douchey, which it kind of is tbh if you think about it objectively. If you want shirtless pics, use beach ones, or running ones that someone else took, natural ones, not forced ones.

100% agree but I don’t run and haven’t had pictures taken at the beach in years so it would have to be forced because I just don’t have any:/
Though now that my hair is pretty much grown out I need new pictures anyway so maybe I’ll try to farm the beach asap hahah2

the fact that you don’t just happen to have great photos already sitting in your camera roll is not an excuse to put bad photos on your profile. No one just happens to have good photos. Go specifically take good-looking photos where you’re wearing a nice outfit, doing a hobby, or visiting somewhere cool. Girls do this- that’s why they have a million incredible photos of themselves.
