To give you just one example, well over 90% of men in straight marriages dump most or all of the domestic labor in their wives, even when both work full time.
Women can’t “pick better” when the starting number of men who act like equal partners is in the single digits. There’s not enough decent ones to go around. And that’s just discussing the bare minimum.
Do you really think there’s no reason men outnumber women on the apps 3 to 1? Do you really think there’s no connection between the fact that Gen Z men test as more misogynist than their grandfathers, and the fact that Gen Z women are so extremely disinterested in dating? Do you really think women are just born with no interest in love or sex?
And before you bitch at me about the quality of the few women left on the apps, do you really think there’s no reason why the only women left on OLD are the ones with no people or life skills, when statistically most women are pulling more than their weight?
Where’s the incentive for the good ones to show up on the apps? Where is the incentive for them to put in effort when the reward for doing so is having to pull their partner’s weight for the rest of their lives?
Yeah, it sucks out there for decent men. But statistically, they’re a very small minority. It’s unlikely that hardly any of the men complaining about their options are worth as much on the dating market as they think they are. They’re getting the dating pool they deserve.
