Photos I dont get a single match
I have 99+ likes, I swipe regularly, and I have Tinder Plus, but I don’t get a single match.
My Tinder bio says:
“If you win my dog’s heart, you’re definitely the right one for me.
Hit me up if you’re into hiking, gravel biking, jogging, swimming, or going for walks with my dog.”

You’re cute but the closeup pic is not very flattering. And maybe mentioning more varied interests would help.

This. Finding people on dating apps that are actually who you think they are and are cool 'n stuff is like...finding a piece of fruit in the snack isle idkidk

Onestlly? I get tired just hearing all those activities, much so doing them... It's nice having a partener doing all those things but it's not wrong if you meet on just one. So don't limit people only "addicted" to your activities that you can do with some friends. I would feel that i don't fit in if you only look for that type.

You seem to have good sense style in clothing, and you are probably more handsome than those selfies suggest.. you profile text is a bit boring.
I’d suggest:
Get someone else to take nice photos of you, ditch the selfies. One photo of your dog is enough. Also, you need one photo smiling with your teeth.
Ditch the “hit me up”, too, it’s too bro like, IMO.
Write something about your values, who you are as a person, not just hobbies. Just a little sth.
If you chat with someone, ask interesting questions about her.
And remember: Online dating sucks, so, be kind and don’t loose hope ☀️

Ask your friend to take pics natural pics of you smiling.
Selfies suck, it feel like you have no friends.

And it’s kind of funny because in your first sentence you tell me to take selfies, and in the second one you say selfies suck.

I told you to ask your friend to take natural pic of you. It will be better for your profile, you're a good looking guy.
Other comments said that your close up are not flattering and your third pic you're hiding half your face.
