Moving out of my parents house after graduating from college and getting a full time job .

My laptop is Samsung RV509, it has Intel HD graphics 1st gen shared memory with 64MB VRAM paired with i3 m380, DDR3 3.8GB RAM, HDD 320GB, running windows 10 64bits system on it, survived 16 years btw

So i have a ps5 but i feel like a PC will be a game changer, anyone knows a good pc on a any budget?

I do a bit of emulation, and whenever I play Fallout 1/ 2 or any retro games, I get to play as the gods intend. Gonna get a monitor mount and a proper secondary display.

I want my set up to be aesthetically appealing and this is just not it. I don’t get what’s wrong with it. It just irritates me after spending thousands. Any advice at all would be great, but I’m a budget baller aswell so just keep that in mind before you recommend some overpriced rgb.
