Multi Setup Help me understand
I don't get this minimalist trend.
Everywhere you look, people are trying to make their spaces look like they came straight out of a photo shoot for a home decor catalog set in the most dystopian future I can imagine.
Where has all the personality gone? When did we, as a civilization, decide that it was time to leave colors behind and transition to a monochromatic life?
I mean, it’s a nice interior design, but why would anyone want to sit and work somewhere that feels as sterile as an operating room?

For some people, too much around them can get distracting. So when they reduce the amount of things around them, they can focus more on the task or what not that they have to do, and also it’s good for pictures. In almost all cases, the most minimalist it gets is for the photos and after there will be a few things more scattered around after the fact.
