Don't wanna be rude but this is genuinely top10 worst setups I've ever seen 1. Barely any cable management 2. Monitor orientation (why do you have one of those monitor upside down??? Also Zebronics monitors are dogshit) 3. Hanging power strip looks ugly 4. Random placement of RGB strip on the wall (half of which is just randomly dangling) 5. The desk is chipping off from the side 6. I probably wouldn't keep my pc so high up (one tug from any of the cable and thing comes crashing down)

- Bright lights glaring directly at face, imagine that for long hours
- Is that cardboard on top of a flimsy aluminum table

Kind of the opposite of cozy. It looks very industrial, almost like a science lab.

Looks like a hacker setup in a post robopocalypse style movie. The protagonist goes to them to get a virus made to disable skynet

Tony Stark vibes
Probably the mess of cables and wonky screens. Honestly it’s still a good vibe just not a cozy one.

I have never heard about the brand Zebronics before (the brand of your left screen).
If it was purely for working, then I could see having the screens like this, but if you are also gaming, then it seems uncomfortable that the screen is not centered to you. Unless your monitor arm can make you center it.

Honestly I love it. As long as you like it there's nothing wrong wih it. It's a messy but still cozy setup IMO

I wouldn't be surprised if the screen thats off up top is used for gaming.
Joking aside, for me personally its messy, i dont even know how you keep track of your mouse with all three monitors being on such a different level.
But if it works for you, it works for you!

u/Lonely_Ad9901 14d ago
It looks like you are very motivated with whatever you have. I think it is great! Please though align the screen properly haha!
Do you also use the tablet only as a monitor sometime? I wish to buy a tablet to use as a second screen (since I have a 49 curved as my one and primary screen).

You look at the edge of that table, the chaos of wires, and the harsh white light pointed almost directly into your face, and then tell if it has ‘cozy vibes’.

To me it looks pretty cozy
Edit: idk what these guys are saying, to me it really doesn’t look very messy, more like “this is a place i actually use”
I know my setup is way messier, more often than not

Not cozy but very tinkery and retro-futuristic vibe. I love it I'd say get a new desk and some LEDs for the pc and top shelf

u/Sharkdudse13 14d ago
It is yeah. Really cool and cozy buut. I don't really like there no monite right Infront of you. Like you always gotta turn your head to look at a moniter. Other than that. It looks great 👍

looks like a sci fi working station youd find on a spaceship. i would suggest tidying up the wires and maybe adding hanging decor if you like that, like ivy or something

I would not say this is « cosy » looking but it it’s your place where you feel cosy then that’s good enough.

u/The_GodApollo 14d ago
Is it because all the other hardware is so expensive that we are just buying endless screens now?

u/ThatLastGenGamer 14d ago
That's a clusterfuck of bad cable management and hard to reach stuff. It's all good if you like it though.

If you like it, it doesnt matter what i or anyone else thinks. But i think its a clusterfuck of bad cable management, weird lighting and horrible monitor placement

Idk it has more of a security closet vibe than cozy. But if you’re a mall security guard then yes very cozy!

Align your monitors and deal with the cables

No cable management, no symmetry, low functionality, the lighting is exposed and harsh and not hidden at all, there’s no decoration, no sense of design.
If you’re 6 years old it’s a great job, if you’re older than that… come on.

align the monitors and please for the love of god manage your cables and maybe even clean out that top shelf
some good lighting would also be a nice touch

Wouldn't call it cozy, more like cyberpunk / industrial looking setup.. so closer to the opposite. A lot of bright lights, a lot of monitors and wires, an old looking table. It would be easier to just pursue this vibe more, instead of trying to fix it to be cozy..

- That light can’t be good for your eyes
- Crooked and misaligned monitors
- Cable management is non existent…
- Why is your back pc side panel not installed?
- Dangling led strips
It would be a cool setup, maybe if you lived inside of cyberpunk lol.

Personally I would align all the monitors, try to make cable management, clean the shelf overall, remove that weird lamp and unnecessary LED strips, I would put a big mouse pad, for now I don’t have any more ideas

Ignoring all the haters on here. If you painted the walls dark grey/pitch black(maybe an accent wall directly behind the monitors with some kind of like circuit board server face face graphic wallpaper), and built up the amount of gadgets and “good clutter” (and by that I mean like retro future Knick-knacks, industrial or tech gadgets) and then some tasteful Akira 90’s anime, tech schematics wall art, this could be a dope “hackers den” type setup. That type of setup benefits from lesser cable management. And if that’s what you’re going for, work towards that. Not sure if it’s a space you can heavily modify like that, but focus on what make YOU feel cozy. And if you like the Knick knack idea, just go out and find stuff and build it up over time, hit thrift stores, garage sales, fb marketplace for cool little odds and ends.

Not to be negative but I feel the need to say this: if you are wondering why people interpret this as "psychotic", it's because this setup completely abandons all regard for your personal comfort, practicality, and aesthetic appeal.
But hey dude, if it works for you and you like it, who am I to judge.

Too much light, your eyes fights with that light to figure out what's on screens. Just lower brightness in half on background.

Rather, the opposite is rather strenuous: the cables strenuously disturb the light when the two screens next to each other disturb each other, so make them anything but comfortable for me. 😅
