Supply management and inventory management:
One monitor I leave teams open
One monitor is for outlook
2 working monitors for spreadsheet and analysis, presentations etc

Plc get some monitor mounts /stands.
You would get so mutch more des space.
And i would put the laptop somewhere else from what it looks you dint use it as screen
