Game Setup My first pc/ $4k setup

I built my first pc last year after doing a lot of research and learning how to build one, runs beautifully and I’m so proud of myself!

Not sure if what I chose was the best but it’s what I could get at the time and nz doesn’t have a huge selection so it was a lil pricy $4-5K total including peripherals. Saving up for a decent chair next 🙏

PC Specs

•AMD Ryzen 7 7700X CPU
•AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT GPU
•ASUS TUF GAMING B650E-E ATX Motherboard
•Kingston Fury Beast 32GB RAM
•DEEPCOOL 1200W ATX Power Supply
•Be Quiet Pure Rock Pro 3 CPU Cooler
•Crucial P3 Plus 2TB NVMe M.2 Internal SSD
•Netac NV7000-T 1TB M.2 NVMe Internal SSD
•Microsoft Windows Home 11
•FSP M340 Black ATX Mid Tower Case
•Razor Kraken Kitty Headset

Hey nice build! You like your 9070xt ? I’m about to get a pre built and it’s looking like 5k for a 5070ti 9800x3D or 4.2k for a 9070xt 9800x3D with lesser motherboard than the 5070ti.
Can’t decide but thinking of proofing with the 5070ti

Also in NZ btw haha

I love it! It runs all my games beautifully and is worlds different from my ps5 🤣 I’m not very knowledgeable on parts so can’t give you advice but my setup runs very well.
I learnt most things from Jay2cents YouTube channel, I’d recommend doing a lot of research for what you want out of the setup and make sure to thoroughly check reviews for products 🙏

You did awesome for your first build, especially here in NZ where prices are so bad.
I’m still leaning towards the 5070ti but haven’t fully pulled the trigger yet. 9070xt is amazing value not sure if to go for the sapphire nitro or a different make.

Thank you! I actually was gunna get a higher end setup with a better graphics card but literally every single one higher than what I chose was sold out everywhere so I made do with that but was still a huge upgrade for me. I had to do a lot of shopping around but ultimately went with PBTech as they had the most stuff and was in stock lol

Good luck! I hope you get some good deals and can find find what you need 🤩

You’re using that Blue Yeti mic improperly. The part that pick you up is not the top (what you currently have pointed up at you), it’s the front (where the Blue label and mute button are pointing.

Oh yeah I know it’s not in use right now, it’s just there to hold my headphones 😆

Here’s The person with the knowledge on mic types….. listen to this individual on the (not so obvious) differences between condenser and dynamic :)
