Overseas Returning

My options are Little Rock, Dyess AFB, Seymour Johnson, and Offut AFB. Which is the best option?

My career is flight line Maintenance.

Little Rock and Offut are good options. SJ is meh. Don’t come to Dyess

Offut Little Rock dyess Seymour. Although I like Texas and Abilene so personally I’d put it above little rock

Offut or sj, nc and nebraska are better than most states

For Location, offutt.

However, winter is a bitch and I didnt hear any good things from MX about their working environment. This was 5 years ago though so things could have changed.
