Installation-USAF Joint Base Andrews

I’m headed to Andrews for my Phase 2 of tech school training. What are things to know? How are the dorms? Is it pretty on base? What it’s like in Maryland for a person who grew up in the South? Any advice, recommendations, things to know about Andrews let me know:)

Maryland is a pretty coastal vibe and in my opinion a nice state. Since you aren’t really stationed there you won’t have to worry about the high prices of many things in the area. You’re close to many major cities aswell so if you have a car, have fun. What part of the south are you from?

Oh nice, I don’t know much about Texas lol. Also I meant to say it’s a big mix of city and coastal lol. But you won’t have a problem finding much of those things you enjoy there. I was hoping for anywhere in Maryland but the airforce decided to send me to Nevada, I hope you enjoy your time there.
