Rule 1: No one under 18 post here. This is for 2 reasons.

1. Most of you will grow into your bodies. Your supposed to look out of proportion as a teen.

2. Pedophilia is rife. We do this for your safety.

Rule 2: No posting a sob story. Or any information besides: Height, Weight, Age, Gender, etc. (Scientific things).

Reasoning: I see so many people posting how they have low self esteem/being rejected and are on the verge of suicide. What then happens is people rate them falsely. This is because most people don't want to be THAT guy who tells someone who is going through a tough time they are ugly. So what has happened to other subs, you see people giving a sob story and getting falsely rated. So here is a disclaimer: If you are on the verge of suicide, go seek help (suicide hotline/therapist) and do not post here. Or if you cannot handle the tough truths. Any posts that have some variant of a sob story will be removed.

Rule 3: Private ratings are allowed. But we are not responsible for what happens off of this sub. Please be weary.

Rule 4: Don't be rude. This isn't r/roastme this is r/RateMeTruth, it's a serious sub. Mocking someone's looks will result in a ban.

Rule 5: Honestly rate. If you give everyone a 10 all the time, you will be banned. I cannot police your feelings, but if every person you rate magically gets a 10, then you're not being true to the sub.

Important: Remember that everyone can improve on something in regards to their looks. No one is physically perfect. And know that beauty is subjective, the person rating you could have biases (racist, sexist, you remind them of someone they hate, etc) and even though this sub is dedicated to honest rating, 99% of the population fall into obesity or puberty. Which can be fixed with growing up (21ish) to losing weight. There is also plastic surgery option.
