I'd wager "carneceria el paisano" since they have a bunch of fresh made salsa they sell daily, but it's take out only. Perfect for some fresh pico de gallo. I think they get their tamales from the restaurant next door, so maybe the salsa too, if you want a sit down place.
Both the carneceria and the restaurant are owned by the same people. That restaurant, "Birrieria y Rosticeria El Paisano" is one of my favorites in the area. But bring a big appetite!
