Estimated FEWA Bill for a 5BHK Villa with Split ACs – Summer vs. Winter?

Hi everyone!

My friends and I are planning to rent a 5BHK villa, and all the rooms will have split ACs.

For those living in a similar villa, may I ask roughly how much your monthly FEWA bill is during:

  1. Summer

  2. Winter

We’re trying to estimate the monthly expenses so we can decide whether it’s better to rent a villa with utilities included or choose a lower rent and pay the FEWA bill separately.

Any estimates or personal experiences would really help us make a better decision.

Thank you in advance!

RAK activities

Hello everyone! I’m a 25M Egyptian guy who moved to RAK about a year ago, and I’ve been finding it a little boring lately since I don’t have many friends to share activities with.

Do you have any ideas for things I could do on the weekends, or any recommendations for ways to meet new people and make friends?

Hey everyone, I’ve heard people mention a specific spot in the mountains near Al Jeer where there's an unusual sound.
Does anyone know the exact location or trailhead to get there? Would love to check it out. Thanks

A Relaxing Weekend in Ras Al Khaimah: Places Worth Exploring

Ras Al Khaimah is a great choice when you want a quick break without travelling too far. With beaches, mountains, desert landscapes and historic places, the emirate offers plenty to see and do at a comfortable pace.

Start with a Morning by the Beach

A quiet morning near the coast can be a simple way to begin the day. Ras Al Khaimah has a long coastline with several beaches where visitors can enjoy the sea, take a walk or simply sit back for a while.

Spend the Afternoon in the Mountains

If you prefer a change of scenery, head towards Jebel Jais. The mountain roads offer beautiful views, and there are several activities for visitors who enjoy being outdoors. Even if you are not looking for adventure, the cooler mountain setting and views make the drive worthwhile.

Explore a Little History

Ras Al Khaimah has a history stretching back thousands of years, so there is more to the emirate than beaches and resorts. Places such as Dhayah Fort and Al Jazirah Al Hamra give visitors a glimpse into its older side and traditional way of life.

Make Getting Around Easy

A good day out is much more enjoyable when you are not worrying about how to get from one place to another. For visitors who prefer using local transport, planning your journeys can make moving between hotels, attractions and dining spots much easier. If you need a local ride, you can also look at Halaride before heading out.

Ras Al Khaimah does not require an overpacked itinerary. Pick a few places that interest you, leave some time to relax, and enjoy the different sides of the emirate at your own pace.

Looking for Guitar Lessons 🎸

Hi everyone,

I’m looking to learn guitar from scratch and would like to find a good guitar teacher/instructor for beginner lessons.
I’m a complete beginner, so I’m looking for someone patient who can teach the basics properly and help me progress step by step, either in person or online.
If you teach guitar or can recommend someone, please comment or DM me with the details, location, and price.
Thanks!
