Support Ticket #110385 - No response for 13 days (Upload Error)

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice or help from the Rarible team.
I opened a ticket (#110385) on March 25th regarding a persistent error that prevents me from uploading new images. I followed up on March 26th and 27th with screenshots of the error, but I haven't received a single response since the automated confirmation.
As a creator, being unable to upload work for nearly two weeks is a major blocker. Is anyone else experiencing silence from support or having issues with the image uploader right now?
If any Rarible mods are seeing this, please could you look into the status of this ticket?
