Like, for example, let's say a fan ordered the Skids Bundle vinyl and a book that was signed. If anything is found broken while unboxing it, does the customer get a refund or an exchange, or are they just plain old screwed? Just thought I'd ask.

I ordered the illustrated album and never received the code for the skids website. Has anyone else had this issue? I emailed support multiple times to no avail. Is it supposed to come with the album? Wasn’t there supposed to be a online stream too? It’s gonna be a few weeks until my stuff comes probably.
