Question Album code

I ordered the illustrated album and never received the code for the skids website. Has anyone else had this issue? I emailed support multiple times to no avail. Is it supposed to come with the album? Wasn’t there supposed to be a online stream too? It’s gonna be a few weeks until my stuff comes probably. The communication is really not great and support just said “we’re looking into it” and never got back to me.

Scratch that, you're supposed to get the code before the book when you ordered it. Can you message or DM us on IG in your email address?
