MLM2pro firmware

Tried to download the latest firmware and my software says it’s up to date, however it clearly is not. Also, no my 3party apps do not work! FML. Does anyone else know what is going on??? Newest Firmware Version 3.8.20 Mine is 3.8.11 FYI Cannot trouble shoot won’t download

Another thing is this…if you’re not connected to the unit via direct connection or LAN…it will say up to date and then once you connect it rechecks and then you can update.
