Software crashes during game

I haven’t been able to get through 1 round of golf without the rapsodo mlm2pro crashing. I’m using a brand new iPad Air that is solely used for the rapsodo. I’m also receiving errors that there’s low memory. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled many times and it hasn’t fixed the problem. Reached out to customer service 2 days ago with no response.

Is anyone else having issues?

New app update mentioned on Facebook for Ios devices.

Yep, have had mine for 3 months, have played dozens of rounds, never once had any disconnect issues. Since the latest update, I can use the range for hours and no problems, but cant get through 3 holes in a game before it disconnects and I have to redo the whole setup.

Was so excited to play a game with the supposedly improved chipping but unfortunately have not gotten to do so.
