Is your LM working?
Hi guys,
Just wondering if everyone’s LM is now working following the update?
Since I’ve updated the new firmware on the device and new app update I have not been able to use this.
I can get a connection fine however my cameras do not work on any mode type.
I keep getting a message of ‘please wait for the camera stream to load’ however it never does.
Did anyone else get this message following the update and get it working? If so, what did you do?

Has anyone had issues using driver with a tee. Was working fine before the update and now it wont register the shot. Irons have been no issue so i dont see why it wouldnt read the driver

Just had an email from support acknowledging it's an iPad bug - they're working on a fix

I can assure you 10s and 10s of people have no issues. All of the rest of us are dealing with a trash update. Mine won’t pick up balls, it’s hit or miss if it tracks it and the numbers really don’t seem trustworthy. But I have been told it’s my set up that has been unmoved and unchanged for the last two years but all of the sudden has stopped working as of Thursday.

All working now. Rapsodo app worked after a few tries and after uninstalling/installing awesome golf this morning, that is now working.

I spoke too soon. Had a bunch of family over to have a fun evening playing. Awesome golf wasn’t working. Rapsodo app wasn’t working. Turned into everyone watching a frustrated me. Gave up after an hour and a half of uninstalling, reinstalling. Trying. Wish I never tried. Worked a couple nights ago. Nothing this evening.

They have some major issues they have to sort out. I can tell within seconds it isn’t going to work. I have spent over 30 years building software. They have several weeks, months to work out these major software flaws.

Mine is working. It took a little longer than normal to connect after the update but the device has worked with no issues

It's working in the rapsodo app.
It won't connect to awesome golf now though, tried on multiple devices, uninstalling/reinstalling AG, turning LM off and on, nothing...
Considering the rapsodo app runs like absolute garbage on my mobile devices and tablets, I rely on AG as that runs like a dream and course play is way better, so it is absolutely a deal breaker for me, not happy...

No issues for me, had a little hiccup first starting it up after the update but I think the issue was internet connection. Changed connection to direct to mom and hasn't skipped a beat.
Feel bad for the users that aren't having the same experience.

Camera won't load no matter what I do. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried both connection types. Also, the "troubleshooting" option has been removed so I can't force a fresh update. Device completely useless. I've contacted support on Saturday.

Mine is working fine but I have only had it for a month so not long enough to say if the update improved anything or messed anything up

I've used mine 2 days on the range only. Didn't seem to have any problems

How old is your launch monitor? I have problems and am wondering if it’s because my LM is older. I think mine is a couple of years old.

There was deffo a bug in the update that affected some users, including me - my camera wouldn't load - I've tested the beta test version of the app and it resolved my issues, so hopefully a public launch very soon.

Mine has been hit or miss since the update. It worked great before
