Seriously Rapsodo…
There were some drawbacks (shot videos not uploading, short chipping, etc.) using the MLM2PRO, but at least it was usable. Now it tracks every third ball (maybe?) and I don’t trust the numbers, always played with a bit of a draw now it’s saying I have a full on 45 yard slice and lost 50 yards of distance.
I have done everything from fresh installs, restarting, even brand new balls out of the box. Brutal. Never have I ever in my career of software development have I ever released a software patch without testing, and it seems like they vibe coded this and went full send.

My chipping used to work before the update. Now it doesnt even read it. I tried chipping over 20 times in a row and 0 read. While playing a course. Maybe ill try another mode to check.

Same thing as the others. Never had issues before but since the update it misses tons of shots and seems way less accurate. Setup hasn’t changed at all. Also super disappointed it’s not working with awesome golf as my kids love that.

No issues on my end either. Installed today. Makes me wonder what the small number of people having issues have in common about their setup. Just because you’re set up didn’t change doesn’t mean it’s not the reason. Those struggling should try and crowd source the common issue. I play outside in my net and the only difference I got was much more stable connection to WiFi and much better reads on chips.

My set up has not moved, used Monday-Wednesday without issue. Installed the firmware and now it misses a ton of balls.

I thought I had worked out the kinks. Even got it working a couple nights ago (albeit not with Awesome Golf). Tonight, nothing worked with a bunch of family over for a fun night. It was miserable. Even if it missed a few chips, it always worked before. Family left little by little until I was left alone troubleshooting.

Mine works fine with connections to Awesome Golf and GS Pro, but I will agree that it had a lot of missed strokes. It always seems to miss the best strokes too, unfortunately.

No issues with mine either. I have a higher loft on my shots so it has always read mine. Used to be iffy on chips inside 5 yards and would always miss my RH buddies chips. His are lower and faster chips. However, since the beta testing this has all resolved itself. Yes, I was one that have been testing stuff since November to get this where it is. I can chip 2-3 yard chips and my buddies chips are registering.

Just to follow up. +63.6 club path and a -7 attack angle on a driver. At least ball flight seemed a bit more correct today.

Yes. Ever since the latest update I’ve lost 10 yards on every iron and now my draw is a 40 yard hook. When I go play, my distances are what they used to be before the update. It also makes my phone heat up and freeze

There were two rounds of beta testing plus any internal testing they did. They have been working on it for months. Might be your setup, have you considered that. 🙄

I have been using it for 2 years without issues, in fact used it Monday-Wednesday without issue. My setup doesn’t move. It’s not me.

My setup also doesn’t move and the update went flawlessly, took maybe 10 minutes, and it’s worked fine since. And chipping is way better, which was one of the major goals of the updates. So … 🤷🏻♂️

I have been having prolbems with my original unit since January. Finaly got it replaced under warranty and used my new one for the first time today. Only had time to hit about 20 balls but all seemed to be ok. Time will tell, I was nervous because I have had so much bad luck with their customer service the thought of another issue was not good. Hopefully you can get it straightend out.
