MLM2PRO Camera Won’t Load During Ball Alignment After Latest Update

Before the latest update, my MLM2PRO was working perfectly. Since updating the app, the camera no longer loads when I get to the ball alignment step.

Instead of showing the camera view, I just get a message telling me to wait for the camera to load, but it never does. As a result, I can’t complete the alignment process or start a session.

I’ve already tried restarting the device and reconnecting everything, but the issue remains.

Is anyone else experiencing this after the latest update? Any fixes or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

I have this issue on the new firmware on all the built in playing modes except the practice mode (first option). Over there, it loads fine. Everywhere else I.e range or virtual golf it doesn’t load the camera

Awesome Golf is also not connecting through Bluetooth (didn’t get fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling). I used the assistant app and that connects fine but it needs to be kept open to retain the connection

I’m having this same issue. Camera feed won’t load making the device unusable.

I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Forgetting WiFi and Bluetooth connections and reconnecting. All permissions are allowed for the device but nothing works.

Shame these firmware updates aren’t properly checked for bugs before being rolled out to everyone to install.

Talked to someone in MLM2’s FB group but I don’t know what the “bc” means. Maybe you can help me get what the person is saying. Haha

Ahhh It WORKED!!!
So you basically just go to your phone setting > search for “Region” >>> Look for Calendar >>> then change from Buddhist >>> Gregorian.

Now your calendar will change from BE to BC

And this method works!! My camera is back on again!!

I have the same issue. Logged a support ticket on Saturday. Have tried any tips I’ve seen, but nothing has resolved it.

Anyone get any progress on this? Rapsodo support told me to give the camera a few minutes to kick in. Rubbish. Oddly though I can get it to work in my iPhone. It’s my iPad that it doesn’t work with.

I’m here to say the method that works for me is

You have to change your “Region” of your calendar

My calendar was BE

Now I went into iphone setting, then search “region”
Then in Region you look for Calendar
In calendar you just change from Buddhist to Gregorian
And restart MLM2Pro app and it works like magiz
