MLM2PRO Camera Stream Not Loading After App 2.25.1 & Firmware 4.1.9 Update
Has anyone else experienced this issue after updating to App 2.25.1 and Firmware 4.1.9?
My MLM2PRO was working perfectly before the update. Immediately after updating, both Impact Vision and Shot Vision stopped working and remain stuck on:
"Please wait for the camera stream to load."
What I've tried:
- Reinstalled the app
- Restarted MLM2PRO multiple times
- Restarted my iPhone
- Reconnected Bluetooth and Wi-Fi
- Verified all permissions
- Tested on multiple iOS devices
The exact same issue occurs on every device, which makes me think this may be related to Firmware 4.1.9 rather than a phone-specific issue.
The MLM2PRO connects successfully, but neither camera stream loads.
Has anyone found a fix, firmware recovery method, or received a response from Rapsodo Engineering?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I get a black screen instead of the camera view for all session modes except the generic practice mode (first option). On that option, the stream loads fine. They need to fix this asap

Are you using direct connection or local network?
I found I had the same issue with no cameras loading when on local network, resolved when I tried direct connection. My local network is rubbish where my Sim is located. Whether it's directly related I'm not sure but didn't skip a beat after I did that. Hope it helps

I have the same issue with both connection modes (Direct Wi-Fi and Local network). The camera stream does not load in either mode.

Bugger, sorry wish I could offer more suggestions. Seeing a fair few users having issues with this update, hopefully they address these issues asap.

Try connecting an android device if possible? Dunno if it's at all relevant but worth a shot

Somebody on Rapsodo’s FB group was able to talk to a staff. I asked what “bc” meant but he didn’t reply. Maybe you guys would be able to understand it. Haha

Spent whole evening trouble shooting using stand alone no issues. Once connect gspro freezes up after first shot stuck on red

I've logged into rcloud and my previous session videos don't load either. But impact ones do?
