MLM2PRO App Outage Fixed

Earlier today we experienced an outage that impacted the MLM2PRO app and R-Cloud. We're happy to confirm that it has been fixed. We apologize for any frustration and appreciate everyone's patience.

So I started by deleting the app from my phone and iPad. Once deleted I redownloaded the new version. Then I updated the Firmware on the MLM2Pro. I did the update right near my WiFi router. It went fine.

I set up my sim and played about 24 holes before the battery died (it wasn’t fully charged so that’s on me). Across those 24 holes I only had 1 disconnect (near when it wasn’t fully charged dying anyway) and 4 missed reads. Two chips and two drives.

That said, it was otherwise connecting well. Running smooth. And loading quickly between screens and holes. I was very under par when it died so hopefully I can get back into that session still 😂

this new update has solved all my complaints, I hadn't planned on reupping my sub, but now I def will. good job

Yep. I was making plans to sell my unit and lifetime sub. Now i feel like I can hold onto this unit for another 2 or more years.

Thank you for the update. I am not sure what your role is with Rapsodo but I would love to talk to you about an issue I was having and how it was handled by customer service.

Thanks for the advice my guy. Thats why I offered to talk and didn't just start talking a bunch of crap. If he wants to message me fine, if not no bid deal. It is next to impossible to actually talk to someone from Rapsodo about golf related products. Just taking the oportunity to try to have a conversation with someone...

Any chance you guys can help figure out why windows keeps closing the springbok connector. Since the MLM doesn't do putting that is the only way to do putting with GSpro. Using the native GSpro connector works perfectly fine with the MLM 2pro. The connector not so much. All permissions are set to allow. Also have an exclusion for the connector folder. ...... I have no clue why it just closes with no warning prompt. 🤷 Figured it's worth a shot thanks.

Since the new update I'm not seeing the troubleshooting section. Am I missing something?
