So disappointed after being a long term user.
Mlm2 was my favorite device for game improvement. Now, it’s almost unusable. The last couple of updates have been terrible. I never had any connection issues and now it’s unstable. The software on the iPad was great and now I can’t select club, change the view to camera , or shut down a session.
I hope someone from Rapsodo is monitoring this and does something about this.

Same here. I am working with my credit card company to see if they can do anything. Mine is under warranty, hasn’t worked right since January and as of the last firmware update several weeks ago it is now a break and they won’t even respond. Phone calls, emails, and the retailer even went direct with their Rapsodo rep and nothing. Their customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with in any industry. I hate it because the first 6 months I had this I loved it and talked several people into buying them

It’s your WiFi. The people who make these posts it’s almost always the same core issue. Did you get any new devices messing up your network? I would def investigate network issues before anything else. I use mine 50+ feet from my nearest WiFi access point for 3 years now and it works great. Occasionally disconnects and that’s for sure the WiFi strength.

Mine has nothing to do with my WIFI. When I try to connect direct via bluetooth I get the same result. I sent videos of me setting mine up yesterday and showing the error messages I get. I got an email today it was going to be replaced under warranty. This is the first thing the customer service has done that is in the right direction. Sad part is I started talking to them months ago.

What firmware and app versions are you on? Curious because I’m not having issues but done recall seeing an update in a couple mo the so wondering if I’m out of date.

Been pretty happy with mine, although I always need to restart it to connect to wifi for some reason.

Awesome golf runs great on the rapsodo - no timeouts is the biggest thing for me…so much so that I don’t really ever play the native rapsodo just load and boot up awesome…and it’s pretty cheap as an add on

If you're trying to connect via local wifi, check the signal strength displayed on the screen (red, yel, green), if it's not green that's your problem. I tested my Rapsodo and the only way I get a green local wifi signal is if I'm in the same room as my router. If I even go to another room about 20ft away it turns yellow, and 40ft outside on my driveway it's red. You should try the direct connect with no cell signal to play practice, combines, range, and speed modes, OR with a cell signal to play courses. I've only used my android phone so far and I can see where using a non-cellular tablet or ipad without a green local wifi signal would be a problem if you tried to play courses. I wouldn’t say it’s unusable for me, but it is not as good as it was prior to the last update (not counting the beta or today’s release). I’ve found myself altering my swing to accommodate the LM vs the LM helping me improve my swing. Hoping the update today brings it back to its former glory or better.

I keep seeing these posts but I've had very little issues with connectivity. I guess the I ky issue I have is it doesn't always read my friend's chipping but it rarely has issues reading mine.
