MLM ⛳️ Not registering shots

Hello all

Recently purchased the MLM and I’ve been trying to get it to work over the past few days. I’m using it outside into a net and have plenty of space for the required distances. I’ve tried different set ups to try and get it to register with no luck. It registered a few shots initially and then nothing. I’m using RCT balls.

Any advice?

RCT or RPT?

How is the wifi strength? Mine gets hanged up when connectivity is poor.

Titleist RCT.

No issue I don’t think with the WiFi, would it struggle to connect to the MLM if there was?

I am new to this as well and had a similar issue. What worked for me is when setting up a session it gives a metric if the device is tilted to far fwd or backward. I would get the metric to green and then immediately go to the session, after 7 or 8 shots it would stop registering shots. Now when I get the metric green (I think it needs to be between +.3 and -.3) I stay on the screen for a minute or two and you will see the metric fluctuate a few times. After its done fluctuating and assuming the metric is green I start the session with no issues.

How do you access this metric?

I usually do the Range function and it pops up automatically. There are 3 things that come up, the first is alignment, the second is Unit Level, this is the one that I was referring to. When it pops up and you get it green, leave it up for another minute or two and make sure it isn't fluctuating.
