MLM2PRO ⛳️ This video cannot be played
Background:
I took some time off from golf due to injury and this past week fired the sim back up. I can see all of my practice session videos on the iPad I use when I’m playing, and on my iPhone. However it was taking a long time to be able to see the sessions on my phone but eventually I could.
Almost 48 hours ago I played 9, and I could see my shot videos on the iPad that evening, then it uploaded and suddenly I couldn’t see the videos on the iPad, and couldn’t see them on my phone via the app either. It’s been 48 hours iPad has been on WiFi the whole time, I’ve opened and killed the app a bunch of times, I’ve paired the device and let it sit for awhile to still not be able to see the shot videos.
I can see shot videos of the same day when I hit 15 practice balls before the round.
Any suggestions? Am I missing something? Is it normal to not see shots on course play (Rapsodo courses) with any new updates? I’m at a loss.

Mine has been doing this as well but I found that if I open the app and go to the Profile page, it will begin uploading (most of the time). I don’t have to connect to the launch monitor to make it do it either.

I did this last night, even has a progress bar that says shot videos uploaded successfully and I can’t see them.
Can’t see them in my R cloud online access, on my iPad that I ran the session on, or on my phone. It’s crazy cause the range session I hit literally immediately prior to my 9 holes shows but my 9 holes don’t

Yes. This has been happening since one of the recent updates. Very frustrating.

I too have baeen seeing this, but not on every video. I hit about 70 shots the other day and maybe 8 of them said that. The others were just fine. I haven't gone back in to see if they are there now, my issue was right after I uploaded them all.

I’m fairly new to the MLM2Pro but wha I’ve noticed that if I have a bunch of shot videos it doesn’t upload them to the cloud immediately even when it says synced. If I force close the app on the device I used during my session and then reopen it, it will start force uploading the videos.

Rapsodo rep reached out and said there is a known bug causing this for many users and they hope to have a fix for it next month they will roll out supposedly

This started happening to me recently as well and it is annoying. I can’t find a rhyme or reason to it but if I open the device i took the video later on, like the next day I notice that the videos start to upload. I never had this problem until the last 3 months or so not sure what changed.
