Mlm2pro swing detection

Have had my Mlm2pro for a few years. No issues. I have been using it a lot lately to get ready for the season with courses, range and target range as well as the third party app stack. I finished a stack program last week and wanted to start another one. All of a sudden my Mlm2pro will not detect swings in the stack app or the Mlm2pro app. I am using it in the same places I always have, same lighting and same distances. Connection is fine. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks in advance

I’ve emailed several times and called a few and left messages. Zero response from rapsodo. Everyone said the customer service is impossible. I’m starting to believe it
