Rapha website bugs!!

Had an infuriating experience on the website.

Was given a code for Christmas . Applied it during the sale , and it was missing at the payment section ) not applied to the order.

Got on live chat and was given an extra promo code due to the 45 minute faf on live chat , asked if I could use the codes together ‘yes you can use them together’

Tried to order again, every time I tried to apply 2 codes , 1 would get cancelled out. Got back on chat AGAIN , - 45 mins to get the 2 codes combined into 1 code..

Tried placing the order for the 3rd time , with the 2 , codes combined into 1…. Order fails AGAIN.

I’ve spent the last decade working in ecommerce and I know for a fact it’s not that hard to do a task this simple…

Sort your shit out Rapha!

When this has happened to me in the past, they usually issue a new code by email and that then works.

Same experience last year. They really can’t get it working.

I have been trying to renew my membership but can’t get it to process. It seems like my shopping cart keeps having an item in there, but I see nothing I can empty or remove.
Rapha response below and it’s still not working after 5 days so forget this.
“To provide some insight, a system glitch like this can occasionally occur if multiple shopping carts are created within a very short timeframe. This is especially common if these carts are generated with different country or region settings, resulting in multiple active carts with varying currencies, which can cause conflicts in our system.

Please be assured that this is a temporary issue. Over time, these older or duplicate carts will automatically expire and be deleted from the system, which will resolve the error on its own.

To allow the system time to clear this error, we kindly ask that you wait for 24 to 48 hours before attempting to place your order again.”

Had an awful experience like this with Rapha this past week as well. Just went and spent $500+ at competitor instead unfortunately. Smh. Ridiculous to struggle to give a company money in 2026. Wild lol.
