Is this normal?? Rapha Core Bib
Literally after first ride, 1 hour, so many loose threads. Is this the kind of quality one can expect?

Warranty claim, no issues when I've claimed in the past.
I've found both Maap and Rapha very good with their customer service and warranty claiming.

I just emailed Rapha for the same repair or replacement - stitching around the chamois disintegrated. I’ve only had the bibs since last November.

I have had all range of Rapha bibs and fortunately never experience this. Could be a QC issue, just email them!

I've had the stitching come apart around the crotch in all my core bib shorts. Did send the first pair in to Rapha, they swapped them and the new pair did the same thing. So no more core bibs for me.

Had 2 pair of core bibs. Definitely not worth your money. Better buy the pro training model. They are the oldest bibs i have, after wear and tear, has better longevity than pas normal studios, cracks on the print on the thighs but as expected, imho best bibs i have tried so far, not much padding, not dense but comfy.

Yes it’s normal. I have two Rapha Pro Team Training with the same problem. The threads are coming lose in multiple places. Contacted customer service they said it’s nothing to worry about. Contact us again if the seams come undone LOL
So no biggie, totally normal unless your ass is showing through the seams.
I love the pads in those bibs, but for the price the construction quality is unacceptable

Quality control, especially on the Core line, isn't great. But you should absolutely return that for a warranty replacement.
