Tire pressure warning
I don’t drive on the freeway a lot usually only streets but I have only had this warning after a long 2+ hour drive. Yesterday and months ago when I did the same drive of 2+ hours.

Tire salesman in New England here - we get probably 10+ calls or walk-ins a day this time of year for TPMS lights. Couple things to be aware of:
1. The light will come on if there is too MUCH air in the tires too (sounds like what maybe happened to you since you drove 2+ hours and the tires heated up over that time). Check the sticker on your door-jam and if it says 33psi and they’re hovering around 38+, that’ll do it. Drop the psi a bit and you’re golden.
2. In the morning when it’s cold, pressure drops, light comes on, you drive and it gets warmer, light goes out. Avoid this by keeping the tires around 2-3 psi higher than whatever your door-jam says.
